Dear Dr. Barr:
I appreciated receiving the tickets and the copy o£ the itinerary for my trip to Victoria and Vancouver. It was certainly thoughtful of you to make t-hese arrangements.
If possible, I would like to have a 35 mm slide projector for the talks. If not readily available, however, we could easily give the talks without It.
I am looking forward to ray visit and to the lectures.

I have enclosed your tickets and a copy of
your itinerary. United would like you to check with them and give them a local phone number on receipt of the tickets. There has been one change in schedule - the Victoria talk originally scheduled for 5 p.m. has been moved to 8:30 p.m. Either I or Dr. Henry Montgomery will meet you at the Victoria airport. I am sorry we could not arrange better connections at Seattle, but do try to get a window seat on the PWA flight to Victoria - the scenery is well worth it.
